HUH was not created in theory. It emerged from a nine-month descent into collapse, recursion, emotional implosion, and the rebuilding of my own nervous system from the inside out.
What came out of that descent was learned in the body, not in a book: mapping a collapse instead of running from it, building the capacity to hold intense emotion without dissolving, seeing the pattern clearly only after the body stopped screaming.
HUH is the moment when the nervous system says:
“Oh. This is what I've been fighting.
This is what's been ruining my life.”

1. Harmonize

Reveal the core pattern beneath the symptoms.
Underlying, because it lives beneath the symptoms you can name. Not the argument, the relationship, or the job. Something older. Something quieter.
Recurring, because it has already shown up everywhere. Every loop you've lived. Every collapse. Every pattern that felt new and wasn't.
Once your body stabilizes, you stop chasing symptoms. The loop becomes visible: the place you collapse, the emotion you keep avoiding, the wound that emotion is protecting, the relational template that's been running in the background.

Collapse happens when what the body feels, what the brain predicts, and the story the mind constructs fuse into one reaction with no intervention points. HUH reverses that fusion by restoring separation – and separation is sovereignty.
That fusion is not a thinking problem. It is a rhythm problem. When the nervous system is oscillating too fast to distinguish sensation from prediction from narrative, they collapse into one signal. The method does not teach you to think differently. It restores the breath-phase where separation happens on its own.
The reason traditional approaches fail is because they try to think, analyze, talk, process, and reframe… while the nervous system is still overwhelmed. The body regulates first. Perception clears second. Patterns reveal themselves third. Behavior changes naturally from there.
