HUH was not created in theory. It emerged from a nine-month descent into collapse, recursion, emotional implosion, and the rebuilding of my own nervous system from the inside out.

What came out of that descent:

  • Learning to map a collapse instead of running from it
  • Building the capacity to hold intense emotion without dissolving
  • Seeing the pattern clearly only after the body stopped screaming
  • Learning to stay present in relationships instead of disappearing or over-giving
  • Recognizing the difference between what the body knows and what the mind narrates
