This is not therapy. I don't diagnose, prescribe, or process your past. I work with your nervous system: the engine underneath your patterns, decisions, and relationships.

Do I need to start with a Clarity Session?
No. You can apply directly for the 12-Week Program or Private Coaching if you already know that's what you need. The Clarity Session exists for people who want to test the water first.
Is this online or in-person?
All sessions are conducted virtually via video call. You can work with me from anywhere.
What if I'm already in therapy?
This work complements therapy. It operates at the nervous system level, not the diagnostic or processing level. Many clients work with both a therapist and this program simultaneously.
How do I know if I'm ready?
