ghosting as false departurepresence as requirement for resolutioncontainment failure dressed as composurethe room that stays full

Silence Is Not an Exit

Silence does not leave the room.

It closes the door from the outside
and calls that 'freedom'.

But everything that was happening in that room
is still happening.
The conversation did not end.
It went underground.
The pressure did not release. It compounded in the dark, without witness,
without friction, without the thing that
resolution actually requires.

Which is presence.

Ghosting is not distance. It is proximity without courage.

The body that left is still in the room
it refused to stand in.
The nervous system that stopped responding
is still responding...
just without anywhere for the signal
to land.

The exit that does not speak is not an exit.

It is containment failure dressed as composure.

It is the moment someone realized the room would require them to be seen
and chose disappearance
over visibility.

What remains is not mystery.

What remains is a door that closed without a word.

And a room that is still full.
